Order deposit
We require a non-refundable deposit (fifty percent), within twenty-four hours of the invoice being generated for your order. The remaining balance is to be paid five days prior to pickup, unless there is an alternate agreed upon date. Changes to your order must be made one week prior to pickup.
Cake board deposit
Due to the weight of certain tiered cakes, we use a custom cut half-inch MDF board which we cover to match the cakes theme. We try to keep down your cost by reusing these boards. For this reason, we require a ten dollar deposit on the cake board. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the cake board. The cake board must be returned without damage. While we will do our best to work with you on the return, it is the clients responsibility to make sure the board is returned within a seven day period.
*You will be informed when placing your order if the cake board deposit is applicable.

Candy Apples – One Dozen
*All orders should be placed in dozen quantity, unless custom quantities are agreed upon before placing the order.
Delivery
Pending our availability, delivery is available for an additional fee. This additional fee is dependent upon the requested delivery address. Requesting delivery must be done at the time of placing the order. If delivery is requested after the order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee availability.
Payment
Cash or check is the preferred payment method. However, we do accept all major credit cards and PayPal as forms of payment.
Disclaimer
All baked goods are weather sensitive and made with various ingredients which could easily melt and/or discolor due to direct sunlight. Please keep your order out of the heat, direct sunlight and handle with care. Cake Me Away is not responsible for any damages incurred once the order has been picked up by and/or delivered to the client.
